Bjork and Matthew Barney

Sunday, January 8th, 2006

Andrew and I went to buy some new CDs the other day:) Amongst our purchases we found that Bjork’s new album is actually the soundtrack to Matthew Barney’s new movie “Drawing Restraint 9″. The CD is amazingly wicked creepy weird–if your into that sort of thing;) It’s definitely not for everyone–but I love it. I can’t wait to see the movie! I still haven’t managed to see all of Matthew Barney’s Cremaster movies yet–but in time I’m sure I will.

We also picked up The Strokes “First Impressions of Earth”,
The Presidents “Love Everybody”,
Ween “Shinola”, and
Queens of the Stoneage, “Lullabies to Paralyze”.

Self Portraits Part 1

Wednesday, November 30th, 2005

I recently came across some self portraits I made when I was little. It’s hard to say which one I made first but I’m taking a wild guess on this one:

Whew! I’d like to say they get better after that but I’m not so sure…you’ll have to stay tuned and see for yourself.
