Scarlet is about 10 weeks old now. I still haven’t figured out what my problem is with uploading pictures but I am working on it! I have very little time to spend online these days but it’s getting better. We took her to the Dr. to get shots yesterday and it SUCKED! She cried, I cried–Good thing dad was strong. She’s feeling much better today though. She weighs 12 lbs 9 oz now, which means she is in the 95th percentile for kids her age. She has started laughing and is figuring out that she has hands and feet. Yesterday we sneezed at the same time and she thought it was SO funny.

I am working on a show that starts on the 31st of this month called “Tattoos and Pregnant Ladies”. It consists of some mixed media pieces on paper that will show at Collage on Alberta. More on that soon:)

Scarlet Izabel Hasseries was born on 6/14/2006:)
She was 9 lbs 22″ and had a head full of hair!

I have been trying to post a picture but I’m having difficulty
uploading it….I’ll do it as soon as I can!
Anyway she is 6 weeks old now and doing GREAT! I am
slowly getting back into the swing of things–it is as if I had
to start from scratch. After having the baby I slowly started
adding other things back into my life. Sleep…Showering
regularly…leaving the house…it started off slow. I’m six
weeks out and just about healed up and it’s time to throw
blogging back into the mix!

I am currently participating in “The Trade Show” an Artist
Trading Card show at Collage (1639 NE Alberta Portland, OR)
