Much has been happening since my last post but I haven’t had time to put up any pics. I’ll work on that in a few days but for now a recipe I used for Andrew’s Birthday cake:
Peanut Butter Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
5 Tbsp unsalted butter at room temp
3/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup heavy cream
I put it on a Betty Crocker Devils food cake and it was yummy–though we are happy to not have any more birthdays coming up immediately–I am so done with cake right now!
we used this recipe and wow, it’s great…too great.
